Aung San Suu Kyi

Aung San Suu Kyi is a pro-democracy campaigner in Burma, fighting the military government. She has been in detention, such as house arrest, for more than 11 of the past 18 years. The Nobel Peace Prize winner has become an international symbol of peaceful resistance. [1]
