A biographical note states that Fargher "previously held the position as NFF's Senior Policy Manager, Trade and in this position he was responsible for international trade negotiations and quarantine. Mr Fargher has also represented NFF as the Secretary of the NFF Trade Committee, the Cairns Group Farm Leaders Forum and the NFF Quarantine Animal Health Taskforce.
