Ginger G. Loper
Ginger G. Loper, President George W. Bush's lobbyist "specializing on the Senate side, health care, taxes and Social Security," was hired by the public relations firm Timmons and Company.  Loper "also managed the Senate confirmation process for many political appointees."
Earlier, Loper was a legislative assistant to then-Senate Majority Leader Trent Lott. "She comes from a GOP household: Her husband is Brett Loper, deputy chief of staff" to former House Majority Leader Thomas D. DeLay (R-Texas).
