Judson C. Green
Judson Green "has been the president and chief executive officer of NAVTEQ (formerly Navigation Technologies), since May, 2000. Green joined NAVTEQ in May, 2000, and during his tenure he has been instrumental in making it a leading provider of comprehensive digital map information and helped established it as a new public company. Previously, he was president of Walt Disney Attractions, the theme park and resort segment of Walt Disney, from August, 1991, to December, 1998, and its chairman from December, 1998, to April, 2000. Prior to his positions at Walt Disney Attractions, he served as chief financial officer of Disney from December, 1989, to August, 1991. At Walt Disney Attractions, Green led the launch of such new products as Disney's Animal Kingdom, Disney Cruise Line, Downtown Disney at Walt Disney World, as well as the expansions of Disneyland Resort, Tokyo Disney Resort, and Disneyland Paris. He has been active in numerous international environmental and wildlife conservation organizations, tourism boards, and community-based efforts. Green serves on the board of Conservation International and the World Bank Institute. He frequently taught leadership courses at the Disney Institute, combining jazz with his thoughts on leadership, creativity, and innovation. Previously, he worked as a CPA for Arthur Young & Co. He has been a director of Dreamworks Animation since March, 2006. He has been a director of Harley-Davidson since November, 2004, and is a member of the nominating, corporate governance, and audit committees. He serves as a director of Alticor, Alticor International, and Lyric Opera of Chicago. He has been a director of NAVTEQ since May, 2000. He serves on the board of the Field Museum of Chicago, as well as the boards of both his alma maters. Green holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business and a bachelor's degree in economics from DePauw University."
