- DFI International's research on terrorist organizations. DFII's Matthew Travis was "lead designer and manager" and Philip J. Vincenzes was "responsible for technical oversight of the recent launch" of the MIPT Terrorism Knowledge Base.
- and provides an umbrella organization for "first responders" at all levels of government and community.
