Marco A. Monsalve is President of McManis & Monsalve Associates, which he acquired as McManis Associates, Inc. in 2000. [1]


Monsalve "has extensive experience in the field of security planning and risk management. His experience conducting antiterrorism, threat, risk and vulnerability assessments (TRVAs) includes work for the National Institutes of Health, the Department of Defense, universities, and major airports and airlines. Mr. Monsalve developed and helped deploy security and antiterrorism plans for healthcare and bio-research facilities, airports such as Miami International Airport, Fort Lauderdale Airport, and Atlanta's Hartsfield Airport, and was the lead security analyst in the TRVA and mitigation plan deployment for the United Nations Conference on the Law of the Sea. Mr. Monsalve is also a Certified Healthcare Risk Manager." [2]

"Beginning with a B.S. in Political Science/Criminal Justice at FIU, Mr. Monsalve went on to receive an M.P.A. in Systems Theory at the University of Denver, School of Business and Public Administration. Working in both the government and private sectors, he has obtained more than 18 years of working experience as a management consultant and program manager and administrator. His experience crosses a variety of fields including business process improvement, security and threat risk assessment, information technology and strategic planning. He is also a Veteran of the U.S Navy who served in Viet Nam from 1968-1970, adding specifically to his expertise in the field of security." [3]
