Ralph E. Chatham
Dr. Ralph E. Chatham, Ph.D., is a "Program Manager in DARPA's Defense Sciences Office. Prior to joining DARPA, Dr. Chatham has been a physicist, a Naval officer, a research program manager, and a small business corporate officer. Over the past seven years he as gradually taken up the cause of military training and has co-chaired the Defense Science Board Task Force on Training Superiority and Training Surprise (2001) and Training for Future Conflicts (2002). During a previous term at DARPA (1984-1988) he was the Program Manager for the Satellite-to-Submarine Laser Communication (SLC) Program."
