"Since 2004 Sarah Black has worked as a viticulturist at Joseph Phelps Vineyards. Her accomplishments include starting the five-hive apiary, leading the biodynamic program on 125-170 acres, and participating in the fish-friendly farming and green certification in their Napa Valley vineyards. Sarah also maintains the seven-acre olive orchard where they grow and produce Italian-style extra virgin olive oil. "
