Biographical Information

"As CEO of VT Group, Terry M. Ryan is responsible for managing customer-critical technical services to government and civil agencies and commercial organizations worldwide. Understanding the value of partnerships and passionate about serving its customers, VT Group provides its customers with multi-disciplinary professional services in logistics support, manpower and personnel integration, C4IT network integration and installation, facility operations and maintenance, equipment life cycle support, utility management and unmanned services. He joined VT Group in February 2013.

"Prior to joining VT Group, Ryan was president and COO of the ManTech Emerging Markets Group (EMG), responsible for providing Systems Engineering and Integration across a wide array of large-scale system development and modernization programs. A respected and recognized industry leader, he also served as president and chairman of Mercury Federal Systems; senior vice president of strategic development for SAIC; vice president of SRA International’s C4ISR Center; and president and CEO of Adroit Systems, Inc.

"Ryan has held pivotal senior executive positions in the U.S. Department of Defense, as the Office of the Secretary of Defense’s director of Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance and as deputy director of the Defense Airborne Reconnaissance Office. He also served as a professional staff member of the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence and House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence. He left the U.S. Marine Corps active duty in 2000, having proudly served as an infantry commander and intelligence officer.

"Ryan received a Bachelor of Arts degree in communications from The Ohio State University in Columbus and graduated from the Post Graduate Intelligence College."[1]
